We are currently on a waiting list. If you are interested in exhibiting, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.
If you apply by December 20, 2024, and complete the payment by January 20, 2025, the early application discount will apply (excluding SS booths). Additionally, if you apply for three or more L booths, you will qualify for a multi-booth discount. Please note that multiple booth applications are not allowed for S and SS booths; you can only apply for one of each.
*Applications for early bird pricing and multiple booth discounts are no longer being accepted.

L Booth

Booth Size: W4.0m x D2.5m
for each booth, you will receive 1 long table (1,800mm×600mm), 2 chairs, 4 exhibitor passes, and 3 invitation tickets included.

S Booth

Booth Size: W2.0m x D2.0m
for each booth, you will receive 1 long table (1,800mm×600mm), 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor passes, and 3 invitation tickets included. *No multiple booth discount available.

SS Booth

Booth Size: W1.8m x D1.8m
for each booth, you will receive 1 long table (1800mm x 600mm), 1 chair, and 2 exhibitor passes. *No multiple booth or early application discounts available.

Important Notes:

  • In case of a large number of applications, we will conduct a lottery. Please understand this in advance.
  • If you wish to use rental equipment, a separate application is required. For information regarding equipment rental and power usage, please refer to the Rental Guide.
  • Even if you apply during the early exhibit application discount period, if payment is not received by the deadline, your application may be canceled, or regular rates will be charged.
  • Applications submitted after December 21, 2024, will be subject to regular rates. Multiple booth discounts do not apply to applications submitted after December 21, 2024.
  • Please note that no refunds of exhibition fees will be issued in the event of booth cancellation after payment. Please understand this policy.
  • If you are considering exhibiting as a publisher, music book, CD/record, music school, or specialized school, please contact the administration office.
  • After the completion of your exhibition application, we will send an invoice for the exhibition fees to your email address.
